Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@roamsettle.com or call +1 724-797-2208 with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

DOA claims submitted within this 48-hour window will be prioritized for resolution.

Resolution Options
Upon verification of a valid DOA claim or product defect, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the defective item at no additional cost
  • Full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs
  • Partial refund or store credit, depending on the nature of the defect and your preference

We will provide a prepaid return label if return of the defective item is necessary.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage resulting from accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or sold "as is"

Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for DOA issues, or within 30 days for other defects
  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps

Timeframe for Resolution
We strive to resolve warranty claims promptly. Once your claim is approved, replacements are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of claim approval.

Exclusive Remedy
The remedies described in this Limited Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies for defective products. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
