Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines our cancellation procedures based on your order's fulfillment status.

Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@roamsettle.com or call +1 724-797-2208 during business hours. Include your order number in your cancellation request.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before shipment. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered our processing queue, as orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of placement.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are processed the following business day, which may provide a slightly longer window for cancellation requests.

Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, the order can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer want the items after shipment, you have two options:

  1. Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver the package
  2. Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
